Radish was founded by Amanda Frederickson in August 2020 to serve fresh, healthy, and delicious food fast. Prior to opening Radish Amanda has published cookbooks and worked in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen. Radish now has two locations, one in West Nashville and one in Franklin, TN.
